I have always wanted to restore a 1920s Spanish Revival home. Seeing how I have not found one yet, I thought I’d build a new one. Coming in 2027, this new spec home build in Seminole Heights will feature all of the architectural details you would expect to find in an original. Spanish tile, parapet roof line, terracotta vents, arches and a subtly textured stucco facade painted in a warm white. The interior will be no different. Dark engineered oak floors, Saltillo tile, an Andalusian style faux fireplace, wood beams and plenty of arches. The renderings below were created directly from the elevations and detail drawings.
