Design Packages

These packages are for hard finishes, those that are permanent to the house. (ex. Flooring, tile, cabinetry, wallpaper, paint, etc.) We can also offer custom pricing based on larger or unique projects. Phone calls, emails and texts are expected during the process.

Design for a remodel or spec home up to a 2000sf with one kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and three bedrooms. I will specify every selection with any supporting details. (ex. Tile selection also requires tile spacing, grout color, transitions, edging, curbing.) Site visits are critical to a project’s success to ensure trades are following designs and make on-the-spot decisions when unexpected situations arise. This package includes site visits at critical points in the project (trade rough-ins, flooring/tile install on day one, cabinet installation, fixture installation, trade final.)

This would include one initial site visit with a brief overview of the spaces, whatever we could fit in a single working day. Think of it as a long consultation. $950

This option makes the most sense with new builds. This includes a review of architectural and electrical plans to ensure the best possible end product. This is an important step to ensure the finishes desired are accounted for. I will look for flow, line of sight, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry placement, etc. $750 virtual, $1500 with one site visit
